What exactly does Kaya handle?+
Kaya handles everything around your treatment — clinic selection support, flights and accommodation coordination, airport and clinic transport, and a bilingual coordinator with you throughout both trips. All medical decisions and appointments are managed directly by your clinic. Kaya charges a single fixed fee covering all of this from your first call until you have a positive pregnancy test. Get in touch and we'll share all the details.
Do I need to speak Spanish?+
No. Kaya is completely bilingual — English and Spanish. All our partner clinics also have English-speaking staff and patient coordinators who will work with you directly on all medical matters.
How long do I need to be in Mexico?+
It depends on your treatment. For a full IVF cycle including retrieval and frozen embryo transfer, plan for around 21 days across two trips. For stimulation and retrieval only, it's typically around 16–17 days. Your clinic will confirm the exact timeline based on your protocol.
Are fertility treatments in Mexico safe?+
Yes — when done at the right clinic. Kaya only works with vetted clinics that have internationally trained, board-certified specialists and meet international standards. Many Mexican fertility clinics have success rates comparable to US clinics, at a fraction of the cost.
Who manages my medical appointments and treatment?+
Your clinic manages all medical appointments, treatment protocols, and medical information directly with you as their patient. Kaya handles everything around your treatment but does not get involved in medical decisions or communications.
